Stereo Amp Surfer is the act behind music producer Nils Karsten, well established in Trance and Dance, yet with a deep passion for the glorious sounds of the 80s – as being an 80s kid. Born in the 70s, grown up with his an own Sinclair ZX81 computer, Atari, Game Boy, and all the great Synth music. Even tough Nils has produced many tracks in different genres; his heart truly beats for the glorious times of Madonna, Level 42, Mr. Mister, John Parr, Emulator, Jupiter, Matrix1000, Prophet and not to forget about Simmons drums.
Stereo Amp Surfer produced the track ‘Moonlight Shadow’ out of passion for this great song originally written and performed by English multi-instrumentalist Mike Oldfield and the Scottish vocalist Maggie Reilly. On his version, Stereo Amp Surfer has crafted a summer mood vibe, padded with subtle elements of relaxed slap house chill.
